Return window
You can return an unworn watch within 14 days of receiving it. The 14 days start on the day it is delivered or collected from the retailer.
Condition
We accept a return when all of the following are true:
- The protective stickers on the case back and clasp are still in place.
- The bracelet has not been resized.
- The box, warranty card and papers are all included.
- There are no marks, scratches or signs of wear.
How to return
Bring the watch to the retailer where you bought it, with your receipt. Do not post a watch to us yourself; the retailer arranges insured transport.
Refunds
Once the watch has been inspected, we refund the full price to your original payment method within 10 working days. Bank processing may add a few days.
Exceptions
Engraved watches, custom-sized bracelets and pieces bought second-hand cannot be returned. Manufacturing defects are covered by the five-year warranty instead of this policy.
